A concept redesign focused on creating a clearer, stronger digital first impression for a multi-location fitness business.

Four clubs, three pools, spa suites and a full class timetable. The business was never the problem — the way it was presented online was. This study restructures the same content around what a prospective member actually needs: where to train, what they get, and how to start.

A concept redesign focused on turning a text-heavy coaching site into a calmer, clearer experience built around trust and conversation.
From information-heavy
to calm, clear, personal.
The existing website says a lot — anxiety, confidence, mindset, career, relationships — in long blocks of text on a single flat colour. Everything a prospective client needs is there. Almost none of it is easy to find. The redesign keeps David’s voice and gives it room to breathe.
