Process / How it works
From
“we need
a website”
to live.
Seven steps, one person, no project-management theatre. You'll always know what's happening and what I need from you next.

No account managers, no handovers, no waiting for a team meeting. Working directly with one designer is what keeps this lean, direct and fast.

Timing
Straightforward
projects are
usually ready
in around 7 days.
That clock starts once I have everything I need from you — the business information, any photos or logos, and your domain details if you already have one.
Bigger sites take longer. I’ll tell you the honest timeline before we start.

Your domain
Already have
a domain?
I can connect it. Don’t have one? I can help you work out what you need.
Your domain stays yours. Exact website ownership and hosting arrangements are explained clearly before any work begins, so there are no surprises later.
Process questions
Things people
usually ask.

One agreed revision round is included on straightforward projects. Further changes can be handled as additional work, agreed with you first.
Yes. Calendly and similar booking tools can be linked or embedded so customers can book directly from the website.
The site is yours and live. If you want updates later — new services, new pages, new photos — get in touch and we'll agree the small piece of work. There's no monthly retainer.
